Which personal data we collect and why we collect
Syntony GNSS commits to its obligation to respect and protect data confidentiality. The declaration below aims at providing you with further information regarding collection and treatment of data received through our website.
When visitors want to get further information about our products, apply for a job offer or simply contact us, they are asked to fill in a form with personal data. Those data are then received by Syntony, and you can be sure they are used in the only and exclusive purpose of serving your request and relation with syntony GNSS, or may be used in the way defined hereafter.
Data collection
Data may be collected from the forms that have to be filled by the visitor when asking for further information about the products, apply for a position or any other request. When visitors fill in the forms on the site we collect the data shown in the form, as well as the visitor’s IP address.
Any data we collect from you via Syntony website will be processed by us.
Data collection – Contact form
If the visitor wants to get in contact with Syntony, he/she can send a contact request via the “Contact” section of the website. His/her request will be forwarded internally to the right department. The data collected will be used only to ensure the request handling and relation with the visitor.
Data collection – Job application
In the case a visitor submits its resume (and cover letter) to apply for a job position, this application will be directly sent to a dedicated email address, consulted by authorized people at Syntony only.
In the case the application is declined, the candidate profile and data may be kept in the company records for 2 years, in case his/her profile could fit another position later. If the applicant wants its personal data to be deleted, please refer to the section “Data deletion” below.
